Materials ready for production

Multi-level BOMs calculate material needs per work order, and MRP proposes purchases when stock runs short.

Fewer line stoppages from missing materials.
Productivity by team

Team leaders report output by phone, and OEE for each team updates on the dashboard.

A basis for improvement and productivity pay.
Actual cost per lot

Materials, labor and overheads are recorded per work order, and lot margin is closed at goods receipt.

Figures sync to MISA and other accounting software.
Ready to scale your plants

From one workshop to several plants: add staff, KPIs and consolidated reports on one system.

Connected to QBIS Sales, HRM, Warranty and the QBIS ecosystem.

Every question, answered.

Which types of manufacturing is QBIS ERP suited to?
Furniture, assembly, food, agri-processing, garments and rubber, above all plants that need BOMs, work orders by operation and lot traceability.
Can QBIS ERP track a work order through each operation?
Yes. Work orders move through each operation and team in real time, and the plant manager is alerted the moment a step runs late.
Does QBIS ERP control costing and raw-material stock?
Yes. Actual cost is computed per lot from materials, labour and overheads; when raw-material stock runs low, MRP raises a purchase request.
When a product is defective, can it be traced back?
Yes. Every finished-goods lot is linked to its material lots, work order, team and shift, so the fault is isolated fast and the right lot recalled.
How long does a QBIS ERP rollout take?
Usually 4 to 8 weeks depending on size. QBIS loads your catalogue, BOMs and stock and supports on site; the Starter plan is ready at once.
